The present owners David and Tracey baigent purchased MALLARD SYSTEMS at the beginning of 2004, recently changing the name so that the customers would have a better understanding of what the company did. Other than the name we decided to keep phone numbers, employees, customer records and methods, the same as they have always been, why change a winning combination. the same technicians have been with the company for years. We believe this says a lot about the kind of company we are and how we do buisness,our core values are ,you are only as good as your employees and the job they do .good communication with the customer ,the correct equipment and most important the knowledge to do the job .
