These are a few of the most commonly asked questions. If your question is not answered here, please include them on our Contact Form or give us a call at.  (407) 438-4195

1. Do you use pressure?

No, We only need enough pressure to get the cleaning agent on the roof. We use a 12 volt pump producing a maximum of 45 psi, which is less than your household water pressure. Pressure is not needed because the environmentally friendly chemical does the work all by its self.

2. Do you have to walk on the roof?

Most roofs can safely be walked on. If you have an especially steep or delicate roof we utilize a low-pressure cleaning method that can be applied from the ladder or from the ground without the need to be on the roof. The low-pressure cleaning method enables us to clean the roof without ever stepping foot on it, because it is the chemical that does the work not the pressure.

3. Do you break tiles?

In most cases, tile roofs can be easily and safely walked on when using the proper techniques. We wouldn’t recommend the average person try it themselves. Untrained attempts could cause breakage. There are only a few types of tiles we cannot walk on - lightweight, hand-made clay tiles would be one example. We carry out a pre-inspection of the roof before we start and let you know up front if there are any numbers already broken. If we break a tile we repair it before we leave the jobsite we have a licensed roofing contractor that can quote and carryout any repairs you may need very cost effectively.
